Plenary: The Issues Facing Us

A moderated discussion of the issues facing Indian engineers and designers, plus what needs to be done by vendors to address them. Each delegate will have a very brief opportunity to address the plenary and put on the table issue for consideration. These issues will be categorized into eight “bins”; each “bin” will be given to one of the breakout sessions to refine. The breakouts will then report back to the plenary.
