| Beyond History-Based and Explicit Modeling | Spaceclaim, Kubotek, Ashlar, and the purchase of CoCreate by PTC have re-ignited the debate over explicit versus history-based 3D modeling. Each method has its advantages but can we conceive of systems that combine the benefits of both? What would such systems be like and how would they work?
