Competitive
advantage, in today’s global economy, is derived through utilizing
global design and manufacturing resources. Given the current exchange
rates and especially the strength of the Euro, outsourcing or going
offshore for design and manufacturing may not necessarily achieve
competitive or cost advantage. We’ll explore technology trends and
processes that achieve a cost effective and competitive global design
and manufacturing environment. |
