If you’re still concerned, start off small, with a smaller purchase and see for yourself. What I know is this…They have a really responsive customer service team, and they’re always willing to help you.
Is Shein Reliable and Trustworthy?
I’d say yes. I feel that they’re trustworthy because of their HUGE customer base, and kudos to them for being in business for so many years! A company that big would have to be very careful not to scam their customers or else their whole business would go under. I did some digging online and found out that their web ratings are quite high, considering their large customer base. Lastly, Shein has been around since 2008! That’s over 13 years! Most businesses don’t make it past the 5-year mark, let alone 13! They also have a super easy return policy. Their website states, “You have a max of 45 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 45 days after the purchase date.” If that doesn’t sound trustworthy, I don’t know what does!
